  90.           NOTE: Cost of using the U.S. Postal Service is deliberately inflated,
  91.           since I would much rather handle all registration transactions via
  92.           electronic means. This stage of my life involves working 12 hour
  93.           days as a regular occurance and I rarely have time to get to the
  94.           post office.
  95.  
  96.           * Registration fees submitted on Money Order will be shipped the
  97.           next day. Those paid with personal check will be shipped as soon
  98.           as the check clears, usually 7-10 days. Cash is not recommended,
  99.           but will not be refused. <grin>
  100.  
  101.           NOTE: Unless otherwise requested, MELEE shipping to registered
  102.           systems will be as follows:
  103.                 Electronic Means: The key number needed in the MELEE.CFG
  104.           file will be sent immediately. If the registerer wishes to have
  105.           the MELEE file sent as well, then it will be assumed that the
  106.           registered system has the current version, and the NEXT official
  107.           release will be sent as soon as it comes out for release. Please
  108.           indicate if you prefer to have the current version sent immediately
  109.           instead of waiting for the next release.
  110.                 U.S.Mail Means: Your registration will be sent as soon as I
  111.           have the time to get to the post office. You will receive the current
  112.           version of MELEE, unless the next version is within two weeks of
  113.           being released, in which case your registration and disk will be
  114.           held until the official release date, then mailed. Please allow
  115.           up to 6 weeks for delivery (although I will always try to get it
  116.           back to you within 2 weeks, if possible).
  117.                 For either means: Please keep in mind that I am active duty
  118.           military and occasionally deploy to the field for a month at a time.
  119.           If you send a registration or query and it goes unanswered, this is
  120.           the reason why; it is NOT because I do not support this door.

  122.           * Payment plans may be available for those with financial need.

  125.           are a programmer, may be considered).

  141.           * Registration includes indefinite MELEE upgrades. Notification
  142.           will be announced in the DOORWARE and ON_LINE_GAMES FidoNet
  143.           echos as a minimum, and new versions will be released via DDS.
  144.           Registration also includes the MELEE NPC Generation program, which
  145.           allows the SysOp to create additional androids for the game and
  146.           will allow you to export Warriors to other systems to spread the
  147.           fame of your guild! It's a simple program, without bells or whistles,
  148.           but it works.

  150.           * The multi-node version of MELEE will be $35, and registered
  151.           single-node users may upgrade to the multi-node version by
  152.           sending the additional $10 at any time. The multi-node version
  153.           will hopefully be released around February 92. Early registration
  154.           will allow the user to run beta versions of the tournament module
  155.           as they are released.
